ABOUT THE CLIENT

Founded by Amy Pressman and Bill Chait in 2011 on the outside of the famed Farmer’s Market at The Grove Los Angeles. Short Order is a modern interpretation of the classic fast-casual restaurant, offering menu items crafted with locally raised, organic, artisanal and handmade ingredients to create a menu to showcase the comfort and simplicity represented by the classics: burgers & melts, shakes, fries and salads.
